York, UK – July 3, 2025 – Intelsius, a global leader in temperature-controlled packaging solutions, has announced the acquisition of Emacold, a respected cold chain specialist headquartered in Mexico City, Mexico. Effective immediately, Emacold will operate as an Intelsius Distributor, with the company undergoing a name change to Intelsius Mexico and Central America. This move reinforces Intelsius’ strategic growth in Latin America and strengthens its ability to serve key markets across the region.

Operations in Mexico City will be led by Eduardo Bolaños Galindo, General Director, and Maria Fernanda Fajardo, Director de Negocios Estratégicos, who bring extensive experience and leadership in cold chain logistics. Under their direction, the office will initially offer the Intelsius ORCA Multi-Use and ORCA Pallet product lines, supporting a geographical reach that spans Mexico to Panama.
