PharmaTherm insulated shipping systems are designed to offer optimal thermal protection for pharmaceutical products. PharmaTherm systems are pre-qualified to maintain payload integrity during shipments for up to 120+ hours and are tested against Intelsius’ demanding High-Performance Dry Ice temperature, 2-8°C profiles and 15-25°C profiles. Spanning parcel-sized systems to the pallet-sized shippers utilising both dry ice and PCM.

PharmaTherm Dry Ice

The PharmaTherm Dry Ice range is designed to offer optimal thermal protection when transporting pharmaceutical products. The range is fully qualified to maintain payload integrity from 48 to 120 hours giving customers confidence in the most demanding of shipping lanes. The data in the table below shows the volume of dry ice recommended for maximising performance and payload volume.

Qualified in our ISTA certified laboratory, the PharmaTherm Domestic solutions are a cost effective, GDP compliant suite of shippers.Qualified to the DGP Intelsius Domestic temperature profiles which peaks at +30°C with lows at -2°C, thePharmaTherm Domestic shippers are qualified to stressful temperatures not usually associated with temperature control packaging in this space.Designed with the user in mind, each system utilises the same BoM for summer and winter packing configurations offering straight forward and simple assembly

PharmaTherm Pallet is designed for transporting larger temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical shipments. PharmaTherm Pallet will give you a minimum of 120 hours of temperature control, ensuring safe and compliant shipment of your temperature-sensitive shipments across local and international cold chains.
PharmaTherm Pallet PCM
2-8°C | 120+ Hours | 130L - 230L
PharmaTherm Pallet PCM is a pallet-sized solution for large-volume, temperature-controlled pharmaceutical shipments. PharmaTherm Pallet PCM covers a 2-8°C temperature range, qualified against high performance winter and summer testing profiles. PharmaTherm Pallet PCM provides a robust solution for regional and international shipping all year round. With the solution suitable for single and double body aircraft, PharmaTherm Pallet PCM can be sent to all destinations.
Logger Compatibility
Due to ongoing developments in data logger devices, we've increased the logger recess space from 96 x 58 x 20 mm to 148 x 116 x 29 mm in all EPS systems. The new recess will be capable of retaining more of the markets leading temperature monitoring devices such as:
