Intelsius are proud to become members of BioRN, the science and industry cluster of the Rhine/Main/Neckar region around Heidelberg, one of Germany’s strongest biotech hubs.
What is the BioRN Life Sciences Cluster?
Founded in 1996, the BioRN cluster has since raised more than 70 million € of public funding for its members.
The cluster establishes initiatives to nurture and extend networks between its members and stands for the promotion and visibility of the Life Science region and fosters connections to other regions of innovation worldwide.
Intelsius are now proudly one of its 120 institutional members, who include several top academic and research institutions, 8 pharmaceutical companies, a large range of small and medium-sized enterprises bolstering the life science ecosystem as well as local government organizations and interest groups.
What does BioRN life sciences cluster membership mean for Intelsius?
At Intelsius, collaboration is key to achieving excellence when designing and manufacturing compliant sample transport and temperature-controlled packaging solutions, and we have and will continue to actively seek collaboration in the life sciences sector, driving innovation, and delivering excellence with all the solutions we provide to our customers.
With Intelsius Germany based just outside Frankfurt, and as the only sample transport and temperature-controlled packaging experts currently engaged in the BioRN cluster, membership will allow Intelsius to work closely with its life sciences neighbours in the Rhine/Main/Neckar region around Heidelberg with the support of BioRN, who actively cultivate collaboration and partnership through its various and regular networking opportunities.
What’s Next?
We’re excited to begin our journey with the BioRN life sciences cluster, and all its members in the region.
On Friday 1st of October, we will be attending our first BioRN annual conference as we look to begin building relationships, learn from our life sciences neighbours, and begin to explore opportunities for collaboration.
